What is AtGDB?
AtGDB is a companion database to PlantGDB. AtGDB provides a convenient sequence-centered genome view for Arabidopsis thaliana. It stores EST and cDNA spliced alignments along with current Arabidopsis genome annotation. You can use it to locate any Arabidopsis EST on the Arabidopsis genome, evaluate gene strucuture annotation and even provide your own annotation, review patterns of alternative splicing, and much more.
What is GeneSeqer?
The GeneSeqer@PlantGDB server implements the GeneSeqer spliced alignment program. It produces plant gene structure models based on spliced alignment to genomic sequences of both native and homologous ESTs, cDNAs and protein sequences. Click here to try out the GeneSeqer tutorial
