PlantGDB-assembled Unique Transcripts (PUT) Overview

PlantGDB intends to assemble all the major plant species from every GenBank release, providing a frequent estimation of plant gene space. Starting August, 2005, PlantGDB is applying a new procedure to regularly assemble unique transcript from plant mRNA sequences. The assembly results are available for the plant research community.
